Dress it up!

Here are some EASY 5-ingredients or less dressings that can wake up any salad and not add any unwanted fat, sodium, or added sugars!


Italian Dressing

Serving Size: 1 Tbsp

Servings ~10


- ¾ cup olive oil

- ¼ cup red wine vinegar

- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (packets or shakers available or add dried oregano, basil)

- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese


Cilantro Lime Dressing

Serving Size: 2 Tbsp

Servings ~15


- 2 cups cilantro leaves

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1.4 cup lime juice

- ½ cup olive oil

*optional to taste: salt/pepper


Mediterranean Dressing

Single serving to pour directly on salad


- Olive oil

- Lemon juice

- Minced garlic

- Dried oregano, basil


OR


- Olive oil

- Balsamic Vinegar

- Salt/Pepper

- Lemon Juice


Apple Cider Vinaigrette


Serving Size: 1 tbsp


- 1/3 cup olive oil

- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

- Dash honey

- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
